Terms of Service

Welcome to the Warrior King Coaching platform (the “Service”), operated by Christian Life Coaching, LLC, located in Palm Coast, FL. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bobgerace.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description

The Service provides a digital coaching platform that includes daily guided exercises, AI-powered coaching assistance, pattern tracking, training content, and related tools. The Service is designed to support personal development and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice.

4. Payment & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change with notice.
• All sales are final except as specified in your coaching agreement.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

5. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-powered features (including the “Wingman” AI assistant) that generate personalized responses based on your inputs. While we strive for helpfulness and accuracy:

• AI-generated content is for informational and coaching purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment.
• The Service includes AI usage credits. If credits are exhausted, additional credits may be purchased separately. Additional credit purchases are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Service content without written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, and branding associated with the Service are the property ofChristian Life Coaching, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (journal entries, panel responses, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your personal coaching data with other users without your consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES OR RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISTIAN LIFE COACHING, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christian Life Coaching, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@bobgerace.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
