3. Third-Party Services

• AI Services: OpenAI and Anthropic power AI coaching features. Conversation data sent to these providers is used solely to generate responses and is not used to train their models.
• Voice & Media: ElevenLabs (text-to-speech) and Daily.co (video sessions) for coaching delivery.
• Email & Messaging: Mailgun (email), SendBlue (SMS) for transactional and support communications.
• Analytics: Google Tag Manager and related analytics tools to measure and improve the Service.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the Service in the United States.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (authentication, session management), analytics (understanding how the Service is used), and marketing attribution (measuring ad effectiveness).
